VA | 03/07/08 | 4.00 | My car is almost 2 two years old and I have had the drivers side door armrest replaced once due to the metal structure beneath the fabric (leather) imprinting through and causing a "dent" in the armrest. HI | 02/29/08 | 1.00 | Three months after purchasing Highlander, loud noise under the vehicle whenever I start to accelerate and there's a vibration to the steering wheel. Although it was brougt in to be fixed three times they could not tell me what the problem was but fixed it anyway. Amazingly, after the fourth try to have it fixed, they find out that it was the motor mounts. Seems like they striked out again as the problem still persists. They must be stalling and waiting for the warranty to end so they don't have to fix it. The Highlander is a nice vehicle but nice won't do when it feels like I'm driving a piece of junk. Does this randomly and gets wors with time. Now waiting on my 4th radio exchange.
