the Car vibrates on idling.. brakes wear rapidly.. engine mounts and gear mounts are too soft, i replaced them a couple of times.. it's very stable at corners with the use of Micellan Tires only.. I've tried bridgestone and toyo,,
they aren't quite good for this model.. Good car to trust though.. it won't stop working in the middle of nowhere.. |

Problem with 6-speed manual transmission - shifting into 3rd gear often results in grinding and/or popping out of gear - this was later repaired under warranty (at 26K miles). Additonal problem with emergency brake "locking" and
not allowing movement of car - awaiting investigation/repair by dealer. |

battery goes dead if the car sits for six days or more. Sudden engine on and foreward movement, even if it is just a little, is disconcerting when you release the brake pedal while stopped in traffic. |

Bakes - Very bad shake in the front of the car when braking. Asked dealer to look at them several times. Alway got the same answer that there is no problem with the brakes. They never test drove the car to actually feel what the

I had several instances where the emergency brake did not hold, the tension was loose when you pull up the E brake? I took it to the Honda dealer in Hickory NC and they could not get the car to duplicate this problem but informed
me at 20,000 I need rear brakes, the right side pad worn more than the left side? Dealer refused to file under warranty and said basic maintenance, front brakes still fine? I have never put rear brakes on any vehicle at 20,000 miles |

Paint on my car looks like it's over 10 years old. Chipping and peeling. Bumper is totally different color from the rest of the car. Window tinting BY HONDA is bubbling and crackles when I roll the window up or down. Glove
compartment will not close all the way, so light stays on constantly. Map/dome light malfunctioned and did not shut off as it is suppose to when it is set to the "door" mode, therefore, got up and my car battery was dead. My friend has a 1999 Honda and parked side by side, you would think HERS is the newer car! Glove compart |

Alarm system - Both my husband and I have had problems on different occasions where the alarm goes off when we push the unlock button (not the panic button). The alarm beeps for about 5 minutes no matter what we attempt to do to
