The service and attention that my wife gets when she takes into the absolutely the best. But we have a problem for which I have yet to find a solution. The dashboard lights, headlights, A/C, speedometer, odometer, directionals and many other electrical functions fail completely. We took it in for that purpose and they could not duplicate it. It's happened a dozen times or more. It can be very dangerous for her and others on the road. I just can't believe that there is no service bulletin out on this. We can't be the only ones. |

The car shook and was told by the dealer this was normal for a euro car. Being my first foreign car, i didnt know any better. I had the car in the shop a week later for misfire, the car was in the shop for 6 weeks. I got the car back and drove it for a short bit longer, until emissions time, and had to shop it again. Mechanics told me to replace the motor, which would run 6,000. Instead i bought another car, american this time. I found a mechanic that was familiar with my problem, a mercedes known issue at that, caused by a flawed head. He had began rebuilding this head to the mercedes new spec for this car, and cost me 1000 in parts. I fixed it myself and the car is running good again. 2 years later, my car is on the road, however, it is now plagued with OBD codes that range from bad MAF sensor, to o2 sensors, to ECM, etc,... NEVER again will i buy Mercedes. BTW, when i approached Mercedes, they told me they would do nothing to resolve my issue... |

I had to spend lots of time researching and communicating with MBUSA to solve the problems. It's still ongoing. |
